By accessing or using the services provided by Coverall Health Group, LLC ("Coverall," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Coverall Health Group provides health insurance enrollment assistance and advisory services, including:

  • Consultation and education about ACA Marketplace health insurance plans
  • Assistance with application submission and enrollment
  • Ongoing support and plan management
  • Communication via phone, email, and SMS text messaging

3. SMS Text Messaging Terms (10DLC Compliance)

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By checking the SMS consent box on our contact forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from Coverall Health Group for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may also apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us. For more information, please check our Privacy Policy.

TCPA Compliance

Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you acknowledge that you are the subscriber to the mobile number provided or have authority to consent on behalf of the subscriber. This consent complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and associated regulations.

10DLC Carrier Regulations

Our SMS communications are delivered using 10-digit long code (10DLC) messaging, which is registered and approved by major U.S. wireless carriers for business-to-consumer communications. Messages are sent for notifications only and comply with all carrier filtering and throughput requirements.

Message Frequency and Fees

Message frequency may vary based on your enrollment status and service needs. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Coverall Health Group does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may apply charges.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To resume receiving messages, reply START or contact us at (646) 488-9007.

4. Eligibility and Enrollment

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
  • Reside in the United States
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Meet the eligibility requirements for ACA Marketplace coverage

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or who provides false or misleading information.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during enrollment
  • Update your information promptly if it changes
  • Review all plan documents and disclosures before enrolling
  • Pay your premiums on time directly to your insurance carrier
  • Notify us of any life changes that may affect your coverage
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Advisory Role and Limitations

Coverall Health Group is an insurance advisory service, not an insurance company. We do not underwrite policies, determine coverage, or process claims. Our role is to:

  • Educate you about available health insurance options
  • Assist with application submission to insurance carriers and Healthcare.gov
  • Provide ongoing support and customer service

Final coverage decisions are made by the insurance carrier and Healthcare.gov, not by Coverall Health Group.

7. No Fee for Services

There is no fee to consumers for our enrollment assistance services. We are compensated by insurance carriers if you choose to enroll in a plan through us. The premiums you pay are the same whether you enroll through Coverall or directly with the carrier.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Approval of any application or eligibility for subsidies
  • Specific coverage levels or premium amounts
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That insurance carriers will accept or process your application

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coverall Health Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of coverage, medical expenses, or financial losses arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by contacting us directly.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
