Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you acknowledge that you are the subscriber to the mobile number provided or have authority to consent on behalf of the subscriber. Final coverage decisions are made by the insurance carrier and Healthcare.gov, not by Coverall Health Group.
There is no fee to consumers for our enrollment assistance services. We are compensated by insurance carriers if you choose to enroll in a plan through us. The premiums you pay are the same whether you enroll through Coverall or directly with the carrier.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coverall Health Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of coverage, medical expenses, or financial losses arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by contacting us directly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
